When you choose to purchase Plates Across America^® website ("Service"), you are agreeing to all of the terms outlined on our Terms and Conditions Page as well as the terms in this Purchase Agreement. This is an agreement between you and POMDP, Inc. ("The Company"), the creator of Plates Across America^® ("The Game").

Purchase

By purchasing, The Company grants you access to extra features of The Game for the selected, purchased period of time from the date of purchase. If you purchase any additional time before your current access expires, it will be added to your current expiration date to extend your access to the extra features. When your access period expires, you may have the opportunity to purchase additional time. We do not guarantee that the service will be available beyond the purchased expiration date. After purchase, your current expiration date can be viewed on your user settings page.

Promotional Offers

Promotional offers are for new payments only and cannot be retroactively applied to payment already made. Promotional offers cannot be combined: only one promotional code can be used per purchase.
